Where does testing take place?
We are a mobile lab, which means we come to you, but the type of testing determines where services are provided.
🔹 For employers and business clients, we come directly to your job site, office, or facility to perform drug and alcohol testing, background checks, and other services.
🔹 For individual services like DNA testing or court-ordered testing, we meet you in public, neutral, and safe locations such as (but not limited to):
-
Hotel lobbies
-
Hospital lobbies
-
Coffee shops
-
Libraries
-
Courthouse parking lots
-
Medical or wellness clinics (with permission)
-
Local Pharmacies
🚫 Please note: For safety and liability reasons, we do not perform testing inside private residences.
We’ll coordinate the exact location with you after booking to ensure it’s convenient, compliant, and comfortable for all parties.
How soon will I get my results?
Turnaround times vary by service:
-
Rapid Drug Test: 5-15 minutes
-
Lab-Based Drug Test: 1–3 business days
-
DNA Test: 3–5 business days
-
Background Checks: 24–72 hours
-
Gender Reveal: 2–3 business days after sample reaches lab
We do offer expedited results for some services for a fee. We’ll provide expected turnaround times at booking.
Who receives the test results?
Test results are sent only to the individual who paid for the service, unless written authorization is provided in advance.
Do you serve clients outside of your city or state?
Yes! While our primary service area is Charlotte and surrounding areas, we can often accommodate clients in other areas. Contact us to ask about availability in your location or to request a group or corporate event.
Can I join the consortium if I’m not DOT-regulated?
Yes! Even if you're not required to follow DOT guidelines, many companies choose to join our consortium to maintain a drug-free workplace, simplify testing, and protect their business from liability.
